IMA NOMINEE

Last night after the emotional #nhsclap here in Wales, where the village church bells rang & people could be heard across houses whistling & cheering, I decided to check my emails.......

..........& what a wonderful uplifting surprise at this weird and difficult time .... to find an email from the Independent Music Awards @imabuzz telling me to ‘pop open the champagne’ because my little fable TRAIL OF KIND has been nominated for BEST CHILDREN’S SONG!!!

Amazed & honoured to be in such great company with fellow nominees including grammy winner Lucy Kalantari. 

We would have flown to New York in June for the awards ceremony ... but obviously this year it’s an internet celebration only.

Many thanks to the brilliant young musicians who sing alongside me : my two sons Josh & Luke; the cutest 5 year old ever - Ava Zeta Jones; and the Elite Kite Academy Singers. Of course, huge thanks as always to my genius collaborator Tim Hamill @sonictimbo
